“After a few torturous years at Downlands College in Toowoomba, I finished my schooling at Dalby State High. Then it was off to uni at what was then called the Darling Downs Institute of Advanced Education. This is now the University of Southern Queensland. I finished up there in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism & Media).

Most of my work experience has been in film, tv and radio. Check out my resume.

Work has taken me around quite a bit. I’ve travelled around most of Australia,
as well as Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Fiji and New Zealand.

For the last few years, I’ve based myself on the Sunshine Coast.
The climate is great, the air clean and I just love being near the beach.

I have three gorgeous children – Trudi and Frida in Brisbane and Ruben in Lismore.

My interests include music, reading, computer technology, crosswords and chooks”
