Cut Copy explores music poster design and the role this played in communicating across Brisbane’s music scene, drawing from State Library’s extensive poster collections.

 

 

Hear from Dr John Willsteed, musician, sound designer, Senior Lecturer in the School of Creative Practice, Queensland University of Technology, and member of Brisbane bands Zero and the iconic The Go-Betweens.

 

 

Dr Willsteed will explore the various legacies of the posters featured in Cut Copy and will be joined by exhibition curators, Robyn Hamilton and Reuben Hillier.
