WHAT

Q [ARI] – GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY ART GALLERY

Q [ARI] was an exhibition capturing a snapshot in time of the vibrant and active Artist Run Initiatives currently in Queensland. The first installment of this exhibition was launched at the first Sydney Contemporary Art Fair in September 2013 followed by the second instalment staged at Griffith University Art Gallery.

For the Q [ARI] project at Griffith University Art Gallery David Creed, Angela Rossitto and Sarah Werkmeister of The Wandering Room extended upon the work shown in Sydney. In the third room of the gallery, video from around Brisbane and The Sydney Contemporary Art Fair was projected on to three walls to create a wondrous space.

Exhibition curated by Naomi Evans and Pia Robinson.
