STABLE
WHAT
STABLE is a contemporary art exhibition space, with physical and online platforms. It aims to promote the work of artists emerging and established with an emphasis on diversity of media and identity. Its physical gallery is located underneath a house in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane, Queensland. The online gallery presents curated online-only exhibitions by guest curators as well as a space to access works by exhibiting artists, highlighting the commensurate importance of tangible form and experimental delivery to the space.
STABLE is directed by Bridie Gillman and Alexander Kucharski.
STABLE acknowledges the Turrbal and Jagera people as Traditional Owners of the lands on which its gallery stands. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
