Birthname: Simon Paul Connell-McDowell

 

Simon Reptile was an Australian openly-gay entertainer, performance artist, actor, clothing designer, nightclub manager, socialite and collaborated on several groups including Simon Reptile and The Anti-Bad Time Crew and The Multiple Maniacs. Simon worked with Belltower Studio designers including Lindy Stokes and Chris Feld, artist-runs and events organisers in Brisbane in the mid to late 1980s.
