Acknowledging the Turrbul People
The ARI Remix Collective in the spirit of a shared commitment to reconciliation and respect acknowledge the Turrbul People as the Traditional Owners of the land where many of the artist-run spaces detailed in this public archive were located during the 1980’s and recognise that this land has always been under their custodianship. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and to emerging community leaders. We also extend respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people here today.
