DAAO and ARI Remix Project working together!

Hi All,

Gillian from Design & Art Australia Online (DAAO) here. Remix Project Co-ordinator Paul Andrew has asked me to do a little post about how DAAO and Remix will be working together on this public archive project.

Firstly, we are really excited to be working with a project that will expose and record a significant (and very cool;-) space/time of Australian cultural history. Secondly, we are really happy that Remix will make their research freely, openly, reusably available on DAAO.

For those of you who don’t know what DAAO is, this short 2 minute gives an overview.

The best way of getting to know about DAAO is to visit the site and look around.

Join up and contribute if you like!

The video on this link shows how easy it is to do.

OK – How to contribute;

Or keep an eye out on this Remix Blog for a Remix/DAAO event. We are organising one in Brisbane at Boxcopy for June 20, 2015. we have tentatively called it “Adopt an Artist”,

Watch this space.

More to come!
