WHAT
ARTICHOKE is an artist-run-initiative infused in an explorative manner of digesting art and engaging as enzymes to analyse and absorb the art world. The initiative is steeped in webs of sustenance, aiming to fuel emerging and experimental practices. Artichoke operates by the nutrients of arts writing, meeting and food-themed poetry.
ARTICHOKE acknowledges the traditional owners of the lands of the Jagera and Turrbal people, of which this initiative is based in.
